ferret.gba released

ferret.gba was in development for 2 weeks. the code and building was done by fourkity, with my contributions on teaching how ripping the model from the old school runescape cache was done. ferret.gba was made with devkitarm, special thanks goes to the devkitpro team for their simplistic and cohesive build tools.
